Starting off with a classic tiki cocktail, this drink was named after the tropical cyclone that made landfall in Belize in the fall of 1961.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Flor de Caña extra seco 4
- 1 oz Flor de Caña dark 12
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz orange juice
- 1oz lime juice
- 1oz passion juice
- Splash of grenadine

Shaken in a cup of ice
