Tours & Transfers
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a tour or transfer. Full payment is due 7 days prior to arrival.
- For cancellations received 7 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 30% cancellation fee will apply.
- Cancellations received within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be given.
- NO SHOW: No refund for no shows.
- Cancellations due to unforeseen weather conditions will be rescheduled for the following day unless otherwise arranged by the Concierge.
- Date change: A 30% rescheduling fee will be charged for the date change of any tour, package, or transfer; if rescheduling is requested 24hrs prior to the scheduled date.
