Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • All rates are subject to change without notice
  • Government taxes subject to change without notice
  • All rates are in US dollars and subject to 9% room tax and 10% service charge
  • Group rates and meal plans are available on request
  • Children under 11 years stay free
  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm. Full payment is due 45 prior to arrival.
  • Cancellations received 60 days or more prior to arrival, a full refund less a fee of $81.75 USD, per room, will apply.
  • Cancellations received 59 – 45 days prior to arrival, 50% refund per room will apply.
  • Cancellations received 44 days or less prior to arrival, no refund.
  • Charges made to your credit card may be subject to your credit card company’s foreign transaction bank charges
  • No refunds for No-Shows, unused hotel rooms, or any other services pre-booked.
  • San Ignacio Resort Hotel accepts VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS

 Tours & Transfers

A 50% deposit is required to confirm a tour or transfer. Full payment is due 7 days prior to arrival.

  • For cancellations received 7 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 30% cancellation fee will apply.
  • Cancellations received within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be given.
  • NO SHOW: No refund for no shows.
  • Cancellations due to unforeseen weather conditions will be rescheduled for the following day unless otherwise arranged by the Concierge.
  • Date change: A 30% rescheduling fee will be charged for the date change of any tour, package, or transfer; if rescheduling is requested 24hrs prior to the scheduled date.

Highly recommend this resort! From the location, to the friendly service, to the cleanliness of the hotel, to the spectacular food, everything there is just first class. The tours that they offer are very well done and highly recommended. I will most definitely be back and can wait!
