Grilled Lobster Tails

For the marinade (combine all of these):

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 garlic powder
  • 2 10 oz lobster tail


  1. Pre heat grill for high heat
  2. Split the lobster tail lengthwise
  3. Brush tail with marinade 
  4. Cook lobster for 10-12 minutes in high heat while constantly marinating them with a brush
  5. Serve in plate with your favourite side dish and buen provecho!
