Belize is full of cool activities to do if dad is interested in more of an adventure. The jungle is your playground whether you want to go zip-lining, river kayaking, hiking, horseback riding, rappelling or more.

Xunantunich and Cahal Pech are two of the most significant Maya ruins in the country and an amazing experience to visit. Finally, you can check out the ATM Cave, which is an ancient Maya ceremonial site where you can still see remains and relics. The Maya believed that caves led to the underworld and were sacred, and by visiting you can gain a new understanding of who these people were and how they lived.

If Dad Wants To Take It Easy

Located on-site at the hotel, the Running W Restaurant features an international menu and the best of Belizean cuisine. The restaurant offers breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside and birds like to visit so you might get to watch them while you dine.

Another fun activity to do on-site is visit the Green Iguana Conservation Project, which is run by the hotel.
