San Ignacio Resort Hotel caters Luncheon for modern day Royal HRH Prince Harry of Wales
hosted in the 'Ancient Maya Palace Court' of Xunantunich

The Maya Buffet featuring Pork Pibil was a great choice as Prince Harry enjoyed the traditional "fare" among children from all over Belize.  It was a  school type field trip, these children will never forget and will share their stories for years to come.
 

The planning and preparation by the Chefs and Catering Team at the San Ignacio Resort Hotel was one of sheer honor, pride and enthusiasm,  but the best reward ever was when to our surprise Prince Harry came back to the Buffet himself for a second serving of the Pibil and said  " This is the most delicious meat I have ever tasted!"
