The Green Iguana Exhibit is a spacious enclosure featuring many varieties of tropical plants and flowers where bright green Iguanas tend to seek shelter but also bask in full sun. Visitors gets a chance to hold an iguana while getting to know more about its anatomy and how they learn to survive in the wild. The effort of this program is to create a deeper appreciation for the Green Iguana and its riverine habitat. The Iguanas are grown for one year and then released to the wild.
