- Day 1: Arrive BZE. Greeting by San Ignacio Resort Hotel representative and transfer to the SIRH, stopping on the way to visit the Belize Zoo. Welcome drink upon arrival at hotel. Dinner at SIRH.
- Day 2: Enjoy breakfast. Day trip to Caracol Mayan site (packed lunch included). Dinner at SIRH.
- Day 3: Enjoy breakfast. Day trip to Actun Tunichal Muknal (packed lunch included). Dinner at SIRH.
- Day 4: Enjoy breakfast. Guided tour to our onsite Green Iguana, Conservation Project and Medicinal Jungle Trails. Transfer from SIRH to El Pescador. Welcome drink upon arrival. Dinner at EP.
- Day 5: Enjoy breakfast. Day of fishing our 400 sq miles of site casting flats for tarpon, bonefish and permit (including packed lunch). Dinner at El Pescador.
- Day 6: Enjoy breakfast. Have fun on our snorkeling excursion to Hol Chan Marine reserve and Shark Ray Alley. Dinner at El Pescador.
- Day 7: Enjoy breakfast. Explore the mangrove lagoons surrounding Ambergris Caye on your own by kayak, learn the secrets of fly casting from our fishing host, or simply spend the day relaxing and sunning by the pool! Dinner at El Pescador.
- Day 8: Enjoy breakfast. Transfer from El Pescador back to BZE. Depart.
