Running W Steakhouse
Enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner in our indoor/outdoor restaurant, or, order room service from the privacy of your room. We think that you'll agree that The Running W Steak House and Restaurant has the best steaks in Belize! The menu has both the best international and Belizean Cuisine featuring meats from our own family's ranch (Running W Ranch), from which the restaurant got its name. A full menu of fresh tropical fruits, seafood, Mayan, and Belizean dishes are among some of our specialties. Also, enjoy the Stork Club Bar & Grill, with regular live entertainment.
Our indoor dining area features a décor of rich, locally made mahogany furniture. The outdoor, terrace dining experience very often includes the visit of resident birds, including toucans that come to feed on nearby trees. This makes for a unique, and not to be forgotten, "dining with the birds" experience. Some Running W specialties include our popular Maya Steak, as well as a taste of the Lebanese dishes from our traditional family recipes.

Stork Club Bar & Grill
Our Stork Club Bar was named after the San Ignacio Resort Hotel's developer, Mr. Escandar's first club in the 60's and today has a history of over 50 years of service to San Ignacio. The Stork Club is fully air-conditioned, offering a relaxed atmosphere. Live local music is arranged on some weekends and the Stork club features its own Menu ranging from tropical cocktails and local rums to exotic martinis and wine, and an array of snacks and appetizers. A variety of local paintings adorns the club and is available for sale.
